Wayward Drift
Wayward Drift is a California reggae project born from a love of ocean breezes, open roads, and the healing power of music. Drawing inspiration from artists like Stick Figure, Slightly Stoopid, and the rich tradition of West Coast reggae rock, Wayward Drift crafts songs that feel like a sunset session on the beach with your closest friends.
Their debut EP "Salt & Soul" is a six-track journey through the highs and lows of the wandering soul—from the carefree vibes of "Coastline Dreaming" to the introspective depths of "Shadows and Tides," the triumphant anthem "Rise Up," the intimate sway of "Hold On To This," the jamming energy of "Keep On Rolling," and finally the emotional homecoming of "Coming Home."
Salt & Soul captures the essence of California living: the salt spray on your skin, the soul in every rhythm, and that endless search for where you truly belong. Whether you're cruising the PCH, gathered around a bonfire, or just need a soundtrack for life's journey, Wayward Drift is here for the ride.
The Drift Continues is the band’s first full length album, and it continues the theme of homecoming.
